The Team

Ted is the Managing Partner at Ischus Consulting.
He worked at Shell Petroleum Development Company for two decades in in various Human Resources and business consulting roles. His professional experience spans HR Strategy, Corporate Services, Business Process Transformation and Design, Change Management, and Project Management.
He has a B.Sc. in Political Science and an MBA. He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, UK and is GPHR certified
